Recently I read a blog that has numerous amounts of articles on ways to improve workouts and muscles. My eyes locked on the article “Building a Routine” because this statement is very true . The blogger begins by explaining different ways to begin a routine, not from just workouts but from food preps and workout times. I honestly really agree with this because as someone first decides they want to workout, they must build that motivation of wanting to go to the gym and constantly keep going. As weeks go by and you commit to that routine you will eventually find your self wanting to go to the gym. I know I am supposed to be talking about the different ways to gain weight and muscle but first you must know the best strategies and basics of a great workout. A lot of people believe if they just go to the gym and do any workouts that they will automatically “get big” but that’s honestly not the case for all people. Everyone’s body reacts different to working out and some people might not have the good genetics like others. Therefore building that routine will help anyone and everyone in the long run. If you just go to the gym whenever, eventually you’ll beginning to forget about going or get to busy in the day and will miss. This is why building that routine is a great starting point, here you can create a workout plan for the week on when your going to go to the gym and what workouts your going to do, which will also keep you on track of muscle growth and workouts. Therefore, you for sure know that you will have enough time to do everything and have a productive workout, rather than rushing through it and wasting your time.
