How I learned to Workout and grow muscle

As I said last week on my other blogs, my uncle would always help me when it comes to working out from what to do to the right supplements to take. I first started working out with my uncle when I was a freshman in high school. At the beginning, I personal knew nothing about working out and I was a little uninterested at first. At first my uncle asked me if I was gonna play football or basketball. therefore he can help me get the right volume I needed for that certain sport. But at that time I was very unsure, so he helped me just get bigger all around muscle wise. I was probably like 140-150 my freshman year then by the time summer came I gained 15-20 pounds of muscle. Then, my mom decide to move to the city more, which was when I stopped working out for a good year or 2. Once I hit my senior year, we worked out here and there for sports but never really as constant as I would of liked to. So, once all the sports I was in ended, I decided to go to a gym and workout alone, since I had learned some techniques and experience from my uncle. I went everyday and would see great progress weekly and kept pushing. Then, that’s when I moved here to Minnesota to player college basketball, long story short basketball didn’t fully workout for me, so I decide just to begin working out again. This week will mark my 10th week of working out, and I don’t really plan on stopping soon. Everyday I go to the gym, besides Saturday and Sunday which are my rest days. But other than those days I spent about 1-2 hours in the gym. Personally I choose to workout solo because it motivates me to keep going and to reach my goal of 235. I’ve been on track lately just need to figure out how I will continue working out once I get back home.
