The Author (Stedman) begins the article with the title ” How Slow Driving is Like Sloppy Writing”, Which in my mind is actually really true and catches a lot of readers attention because many people can relate to it when reading. I feel that saying is true because as authors write, sometimes they begin to go a little off topic or they begin to give to much information. Which relates to how annoying drivers tend to be extra while driving like drive slow or not focusing when driving. Stedman then goes on showing use examples from students over past years, where she then points out the right and the wrongs of the examples and goes deeper in thought how they could be better. This is where it began to help me best understand and learn more about how to structure my paragraphs correctly and give content to a max amount needed, therefore my readers won’t get bored or stop reading at a random time. These pasted to articles “How to Read Like a Writer” and ” Annoying ways People Use Sources” honestly helped me better understand the writing and reading process when writing my blog and essays. They both gave me answers to thing I was struggling at when I would write. Now when I write I actually feel a little more confident in my writing because I now know where and how to fix my paragraphs. I honestly enjoyed these last two because they were very simple but gave you the information you needed, without having to look for it in numerous amounts of pages. Also they give you titles of what they were gonna talk about which helped me better understand and process all the information one at a time, rather than being lost and not knowing what goes to what.
