When it comes to working out before every workout I stretch from 2-4 minutes, I try not to over stretch because it can cause damage to your muscles. After every workout I then stretch again to prevent the cramps I talked out in my last blog. So after stretching I then go home and eat and drinking my protein shake after eating. Throughout the whole day I try to drink a gallon of water a day, therefore while i’m in the gym I get a great workout in and stay fully hydrated. If I do not drink water I begin to start slacking off in my workout and to cut my workouts shorter than usual. When the day is about to end sometimes I drink my protein shake again before bed or I just eat something with high calories. I usually try to go to bed around 11-12 because I normally wake up at 9 , so I get a good amount of sleep anyways. So I am fully awake for my workouts and again energized. When it comes to tracking my workouts, I usually write down all my workouts I’ve done , the amount of reps and weight on my phone. And at the end of the month I just go and look back to the begging and see how much I have progressed throughout the month. Also I track my weight, so every Wednesday I weigh my self to see if I gained or lost. For example on September 19th I weighed 200LBS and skip to October 10th I weighed in as 210LBS. Tracking is very easy, you really just have to remember to write it down after each workout or you’ll eventually forget I promise.
