Before I even started taking supplements I was skinny and weight about 180, for my height I looked really skinny. My uncle was the first one to suggest to take a Mass Gainer supplement, at the time I was very iffy about it because I honestly didn’t believe it would workout like it says. I would constantly eat a lot but would never see any weight being gained. My uncle helped me do research on the right supplement for me and that have a great review, after a couple days of looking we found one. It was a Mass Gainer called Serious Mass, this protein had really good reviews and good results. The protein not only have 1,000+ calories, but also gives a lot of vitamins as well. As a first timer of drinking a supplement, I saw lots of progress week by week and really enjoyed this certain product. Personal this product gave me confident as each week went by because I would see my weight go up week by week. I believe after a month and a half of drinking the protein I went from 190-220 and people saw a big difference. But like I had said in my post before I did see my self starting to get a little belly and that’s just your body adjusting to the weight gaining, which I had to start doing more core workouts daily to get rid of the belly, such as sit ups, push ups, and planks. But at the end of the day I personally love taking proteins but I don’t take pre-workout because I still have that energy to workout and get me pumped. Also I take creatine, it helps with muscle growth as well and helps the process of getting bigger move at a faster pace, which is a pro for some people.
